糖醋藕的原料: 藕500g、香菜4顆 糖醋藕的調料:
油1大勺、糖1又1/2大勺、醋1大勺、鹽1/2茶匙、生抽1小勺、香油1小勺
糖醋藕的做法: 1、藕洗淨去皮,切成薄片。鍋內加清水燒開,將藕片下水焯3~5秒鐘,然後撈到涼水裡馬上冷卻,然後撈出瀝乾水分。
2、香菜洗淨後切小段放在藕上,調入所有調味料。
3、鍋加熱後倒入油,油7成熱後淋在藕上,最後攪拌均勻即可。
小貼士: 1、藕燙的時間不宜長,會失去它的脆感,燙好後一定要放涼水裡迅速冷卻,這樣才會使蓮藕又脆又嫩。
