在加入世界貿易組織(WTO)十多年後的今天,我國進入了經濟“新常態”時期。在華的外資企業、合資企業等面對我國各種新出台的經濟政策,不斷調整在華的經營策略。針對新的經濟環境,制定科學、有效的企業管理戰略,克服金融危機後所面臨的困難,是當今涉外企業的共同課題。
對於許多涉外企業來說,既有良好的涉外企業管理基礎知識,也具備較強職業能力和愛崗敬業職業素養的複合型人才是企業發展不可或缺的。在此背景下,我們以企業管理中的不同職能作為授課重點,以基於工作過程為導向編寫了本教材,旨在培養符合企業實際需求的企業管理複合型人才。
本書分為六個模組:涉外企業管理基礎認知、戰略管理、人力資源管理、行銷管理、運作管理和企業倫理管理。學生在學習中先了解涉外企業管理的現狀與特點,然後通過戰略管理、人力資源決策、市場行銷決策、生產與服務決策等內容的學習及實訓,掌握企業從建立到銷售產品、獲得利潤的一個總體規划過程。最後針對當前社會對企業責任的要求,編寫了企業倫理管理與社會責任等內容,培養學生的基本企業倫理道德。
