劇情簡介
住在達拉斯的T醫生是一個婦科醫生。他在工作時深受護士們及病人愛戴，在家裡為兒女們敬仰，在朋友的心目中是好好先生。在人們心目中，他是一個擁有一切的人，但實際上，他有無數的煩惱。妻子因太受寵而患了精神病，而且與他的關係漸漸疏離；小姨因妻子有病而搬來與他家人同住，而她又有酗酒習慣；女兒正籌備婚禮，但仍對她的伴娘“女朋友”依依不捨；滿以為新女友會為他帶來希望，但她又另有新歡。在絕望的情況下，T醫生駕著車，駛進龍捲風裡，被帶到400哩外的墨西哥境內。
