性質
浙江光鹽愛心基金會以扶貧濟困、榮神益人為目的，遵守聖經教導，為主發光作鹽的愛心慈善公益事業，2010年12月25日由省民政廳登記成立的公益性社會團體，具有獨立的非營利性法人，業務主管單位是浙江省民宗委，業務範圍：幫困助教、賑災濟貧、養老濟孤、慈善救助等事工，從事公益愛心活動，遵循公開透明的原則，受國家法律保護。
Zhejiang Light & Salt Agape Foundation is a charitable organization founded in accordance with the biblical teaching of helping those who are in need, glorifying God and benefiting the people. It is an independent non-profit legal organization registered at the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Provincial Government on December 25th, 2010. Its supervising government entity is the Committee of Religion and Nationalites of Zhejiang Province. The aim of the Foundation is to help the poor, promote education, provide for the aged, and provide disaster relief. The Foundation follows the principle of transparency, and it is protected by the relevant laws of the country.

聯合基督教界人士和廣大信教公民，促進和諧社會發展，服務社會，造福人群，踐行“施比受更為有福”的經訓；增強教會對社會責任意識；激勵基督徒愛眾人的心；提升教會在社會中美好形象；完成“熱愛生命、扶貧濟困、同蒙福祉、共享主恩、榮神益人”的神聖使命。
The foundation’s mission is to unite Christian believers to participate in the building up of a harmonious society, to serve people and communities, and to practice the biblical teaching- “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” In this way, the responsibility consciousness for the society of churches and the love of Christians can be enhanced and churches will gain a good public praise. It’s the social responsibility of churches to “love lives, to help those who are in need, to share the blessings of God, to glorify God and benefit the people.
目標
1、宣傳勤儉、契約、聖愛、受託的信念，推動和開展各地教會為社會服務事工；
To proclaim the ideas of frugality, covenant, holy love, and stewardship, so as to promote the church’s cause of social service.
2、鼓勵基督徒積極參與全面性發展的事業；
To encourage Christians to participate in a cause that cares all aspects of life.
3、凝聚基督徒微薄力量發揮光鹽愛心的天職；
To unite Christians in the vocation of being salt and light to the world.
4、引導基督徒清楚自己的恩召和愛心成為上帝旨意的終極意義；
To let Zhejiang Christians know God’s will and the ultimate meaning of life by participating in charitable work
5、促進和諧社會、經濟社會發展和對外交往做出貢獻；
To contribute to the socio-economic development and the international relations of a harmonious society
