洪耀良,1965年3月出生,1991年畢業於清華大學獲得高分子材料專業獲得碩士學位,1996年6月畢業於美國明尼蘇達大學獲得化學博士學位,1996-2007受聘於美國國際紙業公司任高級研究員,2008年創立蘇州膜華材料科技有限公司,2010年7月入選中央組織部國家“千人計畫”,2011年11月受聘為蘇州大學紡織與服裝工程學院教授,現為蘇州科技學院特聘教授。在攻讀博士學位期間在國家專業期刊上發表了7篇導電高分子材料方面的研究論文,獲得國內專利13項和國際專利10項。
