洪岩璧，男，1984年生，浙江德清人，香港大學教育學院畢業，研究生學歷，哲學博士學位，教授。
現任東南大學人文學院院長。

2024年7月27日，東南大學決定：鑒於人文學院行政領導班子任期屆滿，經民主推薦、廣泛徵求意見和組織考察，黨委常委會研究，新一屆行政領導班子成員組成如下：洪岩璧同志任人文學院院長；任職試用期一年，試用期從2024年6月20日起至2025年6月19日止。
