波多黎各新教神學院提供神學碩士、宗教藝術碩士及神學博士。波多黎各新教神學院成立於1919年9月11日，是由一些神學院和新教教派的聖經學院組成的。該學院是由美北浸禮會等教會資助。波多黎各新教神學院獲得美國和加拿大神學院協會（Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada）、波多黎各高等教育學院理事會（Council of Education of Puerto Rico）和美國中部學校協會（Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools）認可。
