沈潔，1973年1月生，理學博士，遼寧師範大學數學學院碩士研究生導師、副教授。
1992 年至1996年在遼寧師範大學數學系學習，獲理學學士學位；1996年至1999年在遼寧師範大學數學系學習，獲理學碩士學位；2003年至2006年在大連理工大學數學系學習，或理學博士學位。現主要從事常微分方程穩定性理論和運籌學與控制論領域中的最佳化理論方法的研究以及該理論方法在其它相關領域的套用問題方面的研究工作。先後在國內外刊物上發表學術論文 12 篇，其中 3篇被SCI檢索， 3篇被EI檢索。
