沈亦兵,男,1961年出生,1982年畢業於浙江大學光儀系,留校任教,兼任《紅外與雷射工程》雜誌編委。

人物經歷

1996年,任浙江大學近代光儀研究室主任,晉升副教授,1999年起任浙江大學光電系副主任,2000晉升教授。從事與積體電路製造和加工有關的光學設備和光學成像系統以及微光學方面的研究。

科研成果

為項目負責人承擔過國家自然科學基金、國防預研基金、博士點基金和教育部骨幹教師基金。同時作為技術負責人參加了863高技術項目和國家自然科學基金重點項目。先後在國內外各類期刊上發表論文20餘篇。儀器儀表學會機械量測試分會理事。

學術研究

紅外熱像儀精度實現國際領先,達到國內最高標準;
紫外光刻鏡頭裝校達到衍射解析度極限;
與清華合作的多維多尺度高解析度計算攝像儀器突破常規光學成像儀器的解析度和寬視場的矛盾,實現寬視場下高分辨成像
與南大合作的十億像素成像是國內首個單晶片十億像素
