研究方向

微生物學、生物化學與分子生物學、生物材料。
微生物天然產物的合成及其生物醫學轉化;海洋生物大分子的醫學轉化。包括微生物天然產物的途徑解析;基於物種特異性基因作業系統的天然化合物的重構合成以及de novo合成;基於微生物天然化合物的新型靶向分子的合成;基於微生物天然化合物的生物感測器/促動器的構建以及其在病原微生物檢測中的套用;基於微生物天然大分子聚合物和海洋大分子聚合物的靶向給藥載體的構建及其在抗菌物質靶向遞送中的作用;微生物天然大分子聚合物-纖維素納米晶複合材料及其醫學轉化;基因工程微生物基材料。

學術成果

主持國家自然科學基金1項,主持山東省重點研發計畫2項,參與國家自然科學基金2項,累積到賬經費近100萬。
