技術內容
本標準規定了利用水泥窯協同應急處置新型冠狀病毒肺炎（以下簡稱新冠肺炎）疫情期間醫療廢物的術語和定義、基本要求、人員防護及健康要求、運行要求、應急準備與回響、污染物排放控制要求和處置運營記錄。
本標準適用於水泥窯協同處置新冠肺炎醫療廢物（以下簡稱新冠醫廢）。其他類型的疫情、突發公共衛生事件產生的醫療廢物處置可參照執行。
This standard specifies the terms and definitions about the emergency co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred as COVID-19) related medical waste in cement kiln, and the co-processing related basic requirements, staff protection and health requirements, operation requirements, emergency preparedness and response, requirements for pollution control and the disposal operation record.
This standard is applicable to the co-processing of the novel coronavirus pneumonia related medical waste (hereinafter referred as COVID-19 medical waste) in cement kiln. It can also be used as a reference in disposal of medical waste from other epidemics and public health emergencies.
