人物經歷

2005年7月獲復旦大學生物科學專業學士學位;2010年7月獲復旦大學生物化學與分子生物學專業博士學位。2010年11月至2014年1月在美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校(UIUC)材料科學與工程系從事博士後研究工作。2014年1月加盟蘇州大學功能納米與軟物質研究院,被聘為特聘教授、博士生導師。
國家傑出青年科學基金、優秀青年科學基金獲得者,入選江蘇省特聘教授(重點資助)、江蘇省雙創人才、江蘇省六大人才高峰。圍繞生物醫用高分子材料、生物大分子藥物遞送系統開展研究,發表SCI論文150餘篇,其中以通訊作者在Nature Chemical Biology、Nature Communications、Science Advances、PNAS、JACS、Angewandte Chemie、Advanced Materials等知名期刊發表論文80餘篇。論文他引9000餘次,H因子50。獲中國發明專利19項,美國專利2項。為歐美權威教材《Biomaterials Science》、工具書《Encyclopedia of Nanomaterials》等撰寫章節。主持國家重點研發計畫課題1項、國家自然科學基金7項、江蘇省重點研發計畫1項。擔任美國化學會年會(2019)分會主席、Biomaterial Science期刊副主編、Journal of Controlled Release期刊助理編輯、Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews期刊客座編輯以及多個學術期刊編委/青年編委,任中國抗癌協會醫工整合專委會常務委員。

招聘信息

博士後:擬招收3-5名從事高分子生物材料合成、納米藥物設計、基因藥物遞送研究的博士後研究人員,要求能夠獨立開展研究工作,具有良好的英文寫作與交流能力;易於溝通,可以協助指導研究生。具有高分子化學、有機化學、生物材料或藥劑學背景的申請者優先考慮。待遇優厚,且有機會到國外交流訪學。
講師/副教授:擬招聘1-2名課題組講師/副教授,要求獲得(或即將獲得)博士學位,具有高分子化學、生物材料或藥劑學背景,在主流期刊上發表過SCI論文,能夠獨立開展研究並指導研究生。

研究方向

(1)聚胺基酸生物材料:研究可用於藥物載體、基因載體、免疫調節劑的聚胺基酸的合成與功能化修飾,探討聚胺基酸的二級結構效應和調控方式。
(2)智慧型化藥物遞送系統:研究可改善蛋白質、多肽、核酸、小分子化學藥物、氣體分子等功效的新型給藥載體的加工、改性、組裝、體內外作用機理及其給藥系統的設計。
(3)抗炎治療與抗腫瘤治療:根據疾病的發病機制及病灶部位的生理特點,設計新型納米藥物調控腫瘤、炎症等免疫微環境,用於腫瘤、炎症(如肝炎、胰腺炎、心肌梗死、急性肺損傷、腦卒中、骨性關節炎等)、自身免疫性疾病(如潰瘍性結腸炎、類風濕性關節炎、系統性紅斑狼瘡等)的治療。
