殷紹唐,男,晶體生長專業碩士研究生畢業,從事雷射及功能晶體材料的生長、生長機理和物性的研究工作,現主要進行新型雷射晶體。

從 1983年以來,承擔和參加了十多個"國家科技攻關"、"國家自然科學基金"、"863"、"中科院重點課題"等課題的研究。曾獲國家科技進步二等獎1次,中國科學院科技進步一等獎1次,中國科學院科技進步二等獎2次。已培養博士研究生8名、碩士研究生11名。
