段德麟

段德麟

段德麟,研究員,博導。現在中國科學院海洋研究所海藻遺傳與發育創新研究團隊責任研究員。先後於1986、1991年畢業於中國海洋大學,學士,碩士,1993畢業於中國科學院海洋研究所,博士,1996— 1999 日本東京大學,博士後。2000年—今,中國科學院海洋研究所,研究員。先後在日本東北大學,美國史丹福大學、哈佛大學做過訪問教授。研究領域:海藻組學及功能基因研究,海藻機能性組分及代謝合成關係的研究,海藻繁殖、發育研究與套用,海藻新品種選育及培育,海藻遺傳多樣性。主要學術成績: 發表科研論文160餘篇,其中SCI論文110餘篇,出版著作4部。

教育及工作經歷

先後於1986、1991年畢業於中國海洋大學,學士,碩士,1993畢業於中國科學院海洋研究所,博士,1996 - 1999 日本東京大學,博士後。2000年—今,中國科學院海洋研究所,研究員。2003 日本東北大學,學術振興會資助客座教授,2009 美國史丹福大學訪問教授,2013 美國哈佛大學訪問教授。
學術兼職:擔任《海洋科學》、《海洋科學季刊》、《中國海洋大學學報》(英文版)編委;Perspectives in Phycology,Regional Studies in Marine Sciences 編委。
已發表論著150餘篇, SCI/EI收錄論文100餘篇,出版專著3部。已培養碩士和博士22名,博士後3名;正在指導、博士生和碩士生9名,博士後1名。
主要研究內容:海藻組學及功能基因研究,海藻機能性組分及代謝合成關係的研究,海藻發育及繁殖機制的研究,海藻新品種選育及培育,海藻遺傳多樣性。

研究成果及獎勵

已發表科研論文160餘篇,其中SCI論文110餘篇;獲得國家發明專利授權8項(其中作為第1申請人授權7項);參與制定國家標準1項(第2制定人);出版著作4部。2013年山東省科技進步二等獎“海帶種質資源開發與利用”(第1位);2010年“優質海帶選育及機能食品的綜合開發”獲得青島市科技進步二等獎(第1位); 2008年“經濟海藻種質及資源的遺傳研究”獲國家海洋局創新成果獎勵二等獎(第1位);2008年“經濟海藻種質資源遺傳學研究”獲青島自然科學獎勵三等獎(第1位)。
