男，中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所研究員，博士生導師。

個人經歷

1990.09—1994.07　蘭州大學大氣科學系大氣物理與環境專業，1994年獲學士學位；

1994.07—1995.09　陝西省氣象局工作，從事大氣環境監測方面的工作；

1995.09—2000.10　就讀於中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所，碩博連讀，2000年獲得博士學位；

1999.07―2001.03　中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所助理研究員；

2001.05—2003.05　在蘭州大學進行博士後工作，合作導師李吉均院士；

2002.12－2003.04　日本人類與自然研究所和極地研究所，訪問學者；

2002.01—2005.3　中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所副研究員；

2005．3－2006.10 美國俄亥俄州立大學Byrd Polar Research Center博士後
