摘要 | 被孢霉屬 (Mortierella Coemans) 是接合菌綱 (Zygomycetes), 毛霉目 (Mucorales), 被孢霉科 (Mortierellaceae) 中的一個大 屬, 目前已知約有90種, 主要存在於土壤, 植物殘體,動 物糞便等基物中. 我國過去對被孢霉的研究不多, 在《中 國真菌總匯》 (1979) 中記錄了8個種. 本研究從全國 22個省, 市, 自治區採集的2000多號樣品中, 分離到約 220個被孢黴菌株. 本研究主要採用Gams (1970, 1977) 的分類系統進行分類鑑定, 並對該系統進行了修改. 在屬 下分3個亞屬 (Micromucor, Mortierella) 和 (Gamsiella),8個組 (Actinomorierella, Alpina, Hygrophila, Mortierella, Schmuckii, Simplex, 和 Stylospora), 單囊霉 (Haplosporangium) 被承認為獨立 的一個屬.本研究鑑定出22個種和3個變種, 包括一個新種 武夷山被孢霉 (Mortierella wuyishanensis sp. nov.) 和一個新變種極細無色被孢霉(Mortierella hyalina (Harz) W.Gams var. subtilissima var. nov.), 14箇中 國新紀錄. 這14個新紀錄為: 產芽胞被孢霉 (Mortierella. Gemmifera M. Ellis),園圃被孢霉 (Mortierella horticola Linnem.), 矮小被孢霉 (Mortierella humilis Linnem.), 無色被孢霉 (Mortierella hyalina (Harz) W.Gams),印度被孢霉 (Mortierella indica B.S.Meharotra), 英杜被孢霉 (Mortierella indohii C.Y.Chien), 詹金氏被孢霉 (Mortierella jenknii (A.L.Sm.) Naumov),可疑極小被 孢霉 (Mortierella minutissima Tiegh. var. dubia Linnem.), 易變被孢霉 (Mortierella mutabilis Linnem.), 微孢被孢霉 (Mortierella parvispora Linnem.),角胞拉曼被孢霉 (Mortierella ramanniana (Moller) Linnem. var. angulispora (Naumov) Linnem.), 網孢被孢霉 (Mortierella reticulata Tiegh. & G.Le Monn.),多疣被孢霉 (Mortierella verrucosa Linnem.), 網孢被孢霉 (Mortierella reticulata Tiegh. & G.Le Monn.), 多疣被孢霉 (Mortierella verrucos Linnem.),輪枝被孢霉 (Mortierella verticillata Linnem.). 文中討論和評價 了一些分類性狀, 還列出分亞屬, 分組, 分種和變種的檢 索表. 每個分類單元都有描述和討論以及線條圖, 並列出 分布地區. |
Abstract | Three taxa are reported from Jiaohe, jilin province. The are Sarcoscypha occidentalis forma occidentalis, Sarcoscypha occidentalis forma citrina, f. nov.,and Sarcoscypha vassiljevae. SEM study reveals that Sarcoscypha stritispora and Sarcoscypha vassiljevae have ornamented ascospores. |
