人物成就
歐建君課題組在孤獨症譜系障礙的社會學、病因學和治療學上取得了一些成績,首次以量化的形式報告了中國孤獨症家庭面臨的經濟和照顧負擔;與中南大學生命科學院合作建成了國內最大的孤獨症譜系障礙遺傳-環境樣本庫(>2500個家系),並率先在國內開展遺傳-環境致病機制研究;首次利用中國南北兩個獨立的大樣本數據發現了“母親既往流產史”和“孕期家裝相關毒物暴露”這兩個新的孤獨症譜系障礙風險因素,並驗證了國際上已有報導的多個母孕產期危險因素;2019年完成的蘿蔔硫素治療孤獨症譜系障礙研究是國際領先且樣本量最大的同類臨床試驗,打破了孤獨症無藥可用的困難局面,為孤獨症譜系障礙治療提供了新方法。歐建君主持國家自然科學基金面上和青年項目共2項,以項目骨幹身份參加國家重點研發計畫3項,國家自然科學基金重點項目2項,國際合作項目3項,湖南省重大專項1項。
目前,歐建君正領導團隊開展蘿蔔硫素治療孤獨症譜系障礙的生物學機制研究。將利用覆蓋遺傳組、轉錄組和代謝組的多組學研究新方法,揭示蘿蔔硫素起效的具體生物學機制和個體療效差異原因。另一方面,歐建君領導的團隊正基於對孤獨症譜系障礙遺傳和孕產期環境風險因素的系統研究,制定覆蓋孕前和孕期的綜合干預方案,並通過佇列研究驗證其效果,進而實現孤獨症譜系障礙的產前預防,降低疾病患病率。
