1982-1983:瀋陽蓄電池廠,技術員;
1986-現在: 東北大學工商管理學院,助教,講師,副教授,教授(1998-),博士生導師(1999-);
1996-2005:曾6次赴香港城市大學,累計工作2年,訪問學者。
現任東北大學工商管理學院副院長兼管理科學與信息系統研究所所長。
