1978-1982：東北大學工業自動化專業，獲工學學士學位；

1983-1985：東北大學工業自動化專業，獲工學碩士學位；

1994-1996：東北大學控制理論與套用專業，獲工學博士學位；

工作經歷

1982-1983：瀋陽蓄電池廠，技術員；

1986-現在：東北大學工商管理學院，助教，講師，副教授，教授(1998-),博士生導師(1999-)；

1996-2005：曾6次赴香港城市大學，累計工作2年，訪問學者。

現任東北大學工商管理學院副院長兼管理科學與信息系統研究所所長。

學術兼職

東北大學學術委員會委員，東北大學學位評定委員會委員，東北大學管理科學與工程一級學科（遼寧省重點學科）負責人，東北大學先進管理研究中心（遼寧省人文社會科學重點研究基地）負責人。兼任國家自然科學基金委員會管理科學部專家評審組成員、中國運籌學會企業運籌分會副理事長、中國決策科學學會常務理事、國際信息系統協會中國分會理事、中國自動化學會過程控制專業委員會委員；遼寧省人民政府學位委員會學科評議組成員、遼寧省數量經濟學會副理事長、遼寧省委省政府決策諮詢委員會委員。
