楊秀卿 女 主任醫師，教授，目前就任於北京天壇普華醫院神經內科，任神經內科主任，楊秀卿主任原就職於首都醫科大學宣武醫院神經內科主任、北京中西醫結合學會第四屆神經科專業委員會委員、《神經內科臨床新進展》編委、《北京市神經臨床病討論匯集》編委、1996年度《健康指南》編委、1987年度《腦血管疾病診斷治療》編委。我們著名的神經科專家，1992年入選《中國當代名醫詞典》，任中華人民共和國駐澳門專家組首席專家，是網路與中央廣播電台“健康之路”推薦的神經內科專家。

楊主任1965年至今從事神經科臨床工作46年，始終工作在臨床一線，在神經內科領域積累了豐富的臨床經驗。致力於對常見的腦血管疾病，如：頭痛、癲癇以及各類神經系統常見或疑難雜症等重症的研究、治療。為全國各地培養了大批神經科醫師、研究生。2000年—2008年，楊主任受國家衛生部派赴澳門伯爵醫院任醫療專家組首席專家、醫療事故鑑定組專家，為澳門地區培養了大批神經系統的醫生、專家，在當地享有很高聲譽。在國內、外雜誌發表各類論文50餘篇。

Dr. Xiuqing Yang is a Chief Physician， and she has worked in neurological department for 46 years since 1965. She works at clinical first-line all the time， and has accumulated rich clinical experiences in neurology. Dr. Yang devotes herself to research and treat common cerebrovascular disease. Such as: Headache， Epilepsy; and treating most kinds of common or difficult miscellaneous diseases of neurological system.
Dr. Yang has cultivated a large number of neurological physician and post graduates. From 2000 to 2008， Dr. Yang was sent to Macao Hui count General Hospital as the chief expert of both medical expert group and appraisal of medical accidents group by national government. She has very high reputation in local place and has cultivated many doctors and experts in neurological system. Dr. Yang has published more than 50 research papers and articles on domestic or overseas scientific magazines.
