楊犇，男，山東省臨沂市蘭陵縣人，1985年出生，2003/09-2007/07，山東科技大學地質科學與工程學院,工學學士；2007/07-2008/07，新疆維吾爾自治區吐魯番地委組織部，“大學生志願服務西部計畫”志願者；2008/09-2010/07，山東科技大學地質科學與工程學院,理學碩士；2010/09-2014/08，柏林自由大學地球科學學院,理學博士，現在中國地質科學院地質研究所工作。
