研究方向

(1)特定核酸分子開關的設計與螢光標記,用於寡聚核酸鏈(DNA,mRNA,miRNA)檢測與成像;
(2)製備高生物相容性、高靶向性納米載藥體,用於裝載藥物小分子或者生物大分子藥物(如反義寡聚核苷酸,小分子干擾RNA);
(3)以生物大分子如核酸,多肽為組裝元件,製備可生物利用的凝膠材料,用於藥物控制釋放,組織修復與再生等套用研究
