（1）特定核酸分子開關的設計與螢光標記，用於寡聚核酸鏈（DNA，mRNA，miRNA）檢測與成像；
（2）製備高生物相容性、高靶向性納米載藥體，用於裝載藥物小分子或者生物大分子藥物（如反義寡聚核苷酸，小分子干擾RNA）；
（3）以生物大分子如核酸，多肽為組裝元件，製備可生物利用的凝膠材料，用於藥物控制釋放，組織修復與再生等套用研究
