楊正友博士，教授，博士生導師。1995年畢業於山東農業大學，獲學士學位，並留校任教至今。2001年至2006年到韓國留學，在韓國國立慶尚大學研究生院套用生命科學部，先後獲得碩士學位與博士學位，主要從事食品微生物的研究，包括食品衛生與安全、益生菌定向篩選與功能研究等。近年來先後主持承擔了國家自然科學基金、國家轉基因重大專項、教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金、山東省自然科學基金、國家863計畫等多項課題。在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Food Protection》、《Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology》等刊物上發表論文10多篇。
