(1)藥物分析方法學研究:螢光納米材料合成方法的探索,材料的表征及其在藥物分析、疾病標誌物檢測中的套用。
(2)免疫分析方法學研究:結合新型螢光標記材料,構建免疫分析方法及其在藥物分析、食品安全、環境衛生中小分子檢測中的套用。
(3)探究潛在腫瘤標誌物Plk1及相關蛋白激酶在癌細胞信號通路中功能的研究:細胞增殖與調控,細胞信號轉導。
