研究方向
小動物活體成像，包括微型CT成像技術，研究各種降低CT成像偽影，提高圖像質量的方法；光學分子成像技術，研究提高螢光團濃度定位與定量的方法；光聲成像技術，研究提高光聲顯微成像速度與成像質量的方法。為活體動物尺度下免疫研究和腦研究提供新技術新方法。

主持國家自然科學基金青年基金1項，作為骨幹參與中俄科技合作專項和國家科技支撐計畫各一項，獲得中國發明專利5項，申請中國發明專利2項，近5年來以通訊作者，第一作者或並列第一作者發表SCI期刊論文15篇，包括IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Journal of Biomedical Optics等。
