楊哲瓊，武漢大學基礎醫學院藥理學系副教授，碩士研究生導師，武漢藥理學會理事。2007年畢業於武漢大學並獲博士學位，攻博期間（2004-2007）赴美國喬治亞健康科學大學進行博士課題研究工作，並獲得喬治亞健康科學大學Excellence in Research Award。目前主要從事遺傳藥理學和神經藥理學研究工作。

研究領域
大量研究證實選擇性剪下（Alternative Splicing）對基因表達的調節作用在幹細胞分化、胚胎髮育過程中具有重要的作用，比如神經分化、心臟發育、軟骨發生、紅細胞分化和性別發育等。59%以上的人類基因存在選擇性剪下，80%以上的選擇性剪下產物可編碼產生功能蛋白。選擇性剪下是調節基因表達和產生蛋白質組多樣性的重要機制。我們目前的研究主要探討基因選擇性剪下所產生的各種異構體在幹細胞分化、幹細胞非對稱分裂及胚胎髮育中的不同調節作用和相關機制，以及外源物對該調控作用的干預效應。
承擔國家自然科學基金項目5項：
1)CoAA基因在幹細胞分化中的調節作用（項目編號：30700464），國家青年自然科學基金項目，2008-2010，排名第一（項目負責人）；
2)細胞色素P450 4Z1在腫瘤生長和血管生成中的作用及分子機制（項目編號：30973552），國家自然科學基金項目，2010-2012，排名第二；
3)胎腎上腺StAR介導咖啡因致胎兒發育毒性的表觀遺傳機制（項目編號：30800931），國家青年自然科學基金項目，2009-2011，排名第二；
4)胎海馬GR介導外源物所致HPA軸發育異常的表觀遺傳機制（項目編號：30830112），國家自然科學基金重點項目，2009-2012，排名第五；
5)氨氯地平對阿黴素腎毒性TGF-β/Smad信號網路通路的調控作用（項目編號：30772680），國家自然科學基金項目，2008-2010，排名第二。
