人物經歷
1983-1987年在電子科技大學(原成都電訊工程學院)電子材料與元件專業學習,獲學士學位;1987-1990年在合肥工業大學套用物理系學習,獲碩士學位;1994-1999在西安交通大學電子與信息工程學院電子材料與器件研究所學習,獲博士學位。
1990-1994在西安工業學院(原西安工業學院)科研所工作,期間被聘為工程師;1999-2001 在同濟大學凝聚態物理博士後流動站工作,期間獲同濟大學高級職稱(副研究員)任職資格;2001-2003在日本國立九州大學VBL實驗室作訪問研究員;2003-2005受聘於日本產業科學技術振興財團(IST),在九州大學超導科學與系統研究中心從事研究工作。2005年底作為引進人才回到同濟大學功能材料研究所工作,2006年被聘為同濟大學教授、博導,2007年任研究所副所長。2011.6-2011.9在美國南加州大學進行學術訪問;2015.1和2015.07-09對德國達姆斯達特工業大學進行了學術訪問和交流。
