食品科學與工程學院梁盈學歷背景
2008年畢業於廈門大學獲博士學位，2016年入選“湖湘青年英才”支持計畫。現任中南林業科技大學食品科學與工程學院專任教師，教授，碩士生導師。
2017年國家公派進入美國國立衛生研究院，任客座研究員。
2018年入選中南林業科技大學樹人學者。
學術簡介
主要從事天然活性物質抗癌、抗氧化、抗炎等生理活性的分子機理研究。近年來在國內外學術期刊上發表包含SCI在內的論文55篇，參編專著1部，獲中國授權專利6項。作為主持人承擔國家自然科學基金項目、湖南省科技計畫重點項目、湖南省自然科學基金項目、湖南省農業成果轉化項目等多項科研課題。
