Green persimmon juice extract contains a lot of soluble tannin materials. According to concerned studies, the soluble tannin materials can be used as raw materials in the fields of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and environmental protection, particularly having an more significant effect in dealing with the waste water from nuclear power plants.
In August 2005, Gongcheng huikun Agricultural product Co. Ltd. established at Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and the plant covers an area of 20466.77 square meters.
So far, the company has invested nearly 4,000 million yuan in building a base of month persimmon industry, and is the largest persimmon indusry with the most sophisticated technology and the most comprehensive market, envolving to a corporate champion.
The registered capital of the company is 10 million yuan, the first phase investment 12 million yuan. The project of industrialization base for quick-frozen red persimmon cake, has completed and reach production target. In 2007, the company invested 30 million yuan in the second phase, adding two stripes of vacuum freeze-drying production lines, which are currently under construction.
In early 2007, industrialization base was approved Good Agricultural Practices(GAP+) certification by China Agriculture Ministry. In April, October and November 2007,the company were respectively identified as the leading enterprise of poverty alleviation in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, high-tech enterprise, the leading enterprise in the process of agricultural industrialization in Guilin. The company has independant choice of research project, "the development and demonstration of cold-chain technique for Gongcheng red persimmon cake" ,which had been listed in "national Spark Program project" at the end of 2007.

恭城匯坤農品有限公司於2005年8月在廣西壯族自治區恭城瑤族自治縣投資建廠，廠區占地面積20466.77平方米。
到目前為止，公司已投入近4000多萬元建設月柿產業化基地，是目前中國最大、技術最完善、市場最全面的柿產業龍頭企業。
公司註冊資本1000萬元，2005年首期投資1200萬元，建設月柿產業化基地生產速凍月柿紅餅，項目已竣工達產；2007年二期投資近3000萬元，增設兩條真空冷凍乾燥生產線，項目正在建設中。
2007年初基地通過國家農業部良好農業規範GAP+認證，公司並於4月、10月、11月分別被認定為廣西壯族自治區扶貧龍頭企業、高新技術企業、桂林市農業產業化重點龍頭企業。公司自選研究項目“恭城月柿紅餅冷鏈工程技術開發與示範”也於2007年底列入國家級星火計畫項目。
