本課題擬將柱[n]芳烴(n=5,6)這一新型大環主體分子通過合適的偶聯試劑共價鍵合於矽膠表面,製備一種具有多重識別能力的新型超分子化學鍵合液相色譜固定相。在系統評價其色譜性能的基礎上,基於色譜相關理論模型考察柱芳烴固定相色譜性能與溶質分子性質參數之間的關係,探討柱芳烴固定相對不同溶質分子的選擇性規律,構建柱芳烴大環主體分子的超分子識別模型,為新型固定相的設計提供理論依據。
