個人經歷

2008年博士畢業於西北工業大學,2006-2007在香港理工大學進行博士聯合培養,2009-2012在香港理工大學從事博士後研究,2012-2018年在深圳大學工作,2017-2018新南威爾斯大學訪問學者,2018年作為特聘教授加入南昌大學。
是Int. Adv. Appl. Phys. Res.期刊副主編,以及J. Nanomater.期刊的客座主編,同時也是AEM、AFM, JMCA, APL等20餘種國際學術期刊的審稿人。

研究方向

目前主要從事複雜氧化物材料(薄膜、陶瓷、單晶)的製備、物性及其套用研究。
研究興趣:
1.鐵電、壓電、介電、撓曲電材料及器件;
2.複雜氧化物薄膜與異質結(鐵電隧道結、鐵電超晶格、柔性氧化物薄膜);
3.氧化物薄膜基能源材料(PEC、全固態薄膜電池)。

學術成果

迄今在Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv.Funct.Mater.、J.Mater.Chem.A、Appl. Phys. Lett.等專業期刊發表學術論文100餘篇,其中ESI高被引論文1篇,論文被引1550餘篇次,H因子22。近年來主持國家自然科學基金、科技部國際合作項目、深圳市孔雀計畫創新創業項目等科研項目十餘項。
