林福宏，男，博士後，北京科技大學副教授。主要研究方向為：網路空間安全，大數據，霧計算等，發表論文50餘篇（其中27篇被SCI收錄），申請專利8項（3項已授權），作為副主編參與編寫2部著作，先後主持參與了10餘項縱向課題，作為聯合主席發起並舉辦了“International Conference of Cyberspace Technology”系列國際研討會。

2006年於北京交通大學獲工學學士學位，同年保送直博；
2011年於北京交通大學獲工學博士學位；
2014年於北京科技大學完成博士後工作，同年被聘為北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院講師；
2015年於美國亞利桑那州立大學訪問，從師Junzhan Zhang (IEEE Fellow)；
2016年被聘為北京科技大學計算機與通信工程學院副教授。
