林明錦

林明錦，男，博士，重慶大學機械工程學院教授，博士生導師。“巴渝學者”計畫特聘教授，2004年12月獲英國埃克塞特大學(University Of Exeter)製造工程與管理博士學位，1998年7月獲英國利物浦大學(University of Liverpool)製造工程學士學位。現擔任重慶大學機械工程學院院長，SSCI期刊International Journal of Logistics Research and Applications聯合主編，International Journal of Supply Chain and Operations Resilience主編。“巴渝學者”計畫特聘教授。

近五年，主持英國“國家工程與物理科學基金”、“國家創新基金”、“歐盟基金”等項目，科研經費總額折合人民幣 2400 多萬元。在智慧型製造、綠色/可持續供應鏈管理、物流信息化及仿真、最佳化數學算法等領域，都有深入的研究和突出的學術成果。其研究成果發表在Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Production Planning and Control, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Expert Systems with Applications, Industrial Management & Data System, International Journal of Logistics: Research and Applications等多份國際期刊上。

學術成就

提出了基於 Multi-Agent 的智慧型製造系統建模與仿真研究，為智慧型製造系統最佳化奠定理論基礎。提出在不確定環境下運用工業大數據對製造系統供應鏈的最佳化方法，為製造系統供應鏈綠色與可持續性發展奠定理論基礎。提出基於元啟發式算法的製造資源分配理論，建立製造過程非線性複雜模型，獲得了國際同行的套用。在 J CLEAN PROD (SCI/EI, IF=5.715), INT J PROD ECON (SCI/EI, IF=3.494), EURJ OPER RES (SCI/EI, IF=3.297), ENG APPL ARTIF INTEL (SCI/EI, IF=2.894), INT J PRODRES (SCI/EI, IF=2.325), PROD PLAN CONTROL (SCI/EI, IF=2.369), EXPERT SYST APPL(SCI/EI, IF=3.928)等相關領域重要期刊已發表了超過140篇論文和著作。其中，近五年發表SCI/SSCI/EI論文80篇，在世界著名學術出版社出版了2部專著和9個章節。論文和專著近五年被引用將近1100次（Google Scholar），180 次（SCI）和250次（EI）。其中，2013年在J CLEAN PROD 發表的“Green as the new lean: How to use lean practices as a catalyst to greening your supply chain”，單篇被引最高達282次。
