林媛,1999年在
中國科學技術大學獲得博士學位,其後分別在中科院北京物理所、美國休斯頓大學、美國LosAlamos
國家實驗室從事博士後研究,2006年起任美國Intel公司封裝測試技術研發中心高級工程師。2008年入選教育部第九批長江學者特聘教授,回國到我校工作。林媛教授一直致力於系統的研究信息功能薄膜及相關新器件的製備和性能調控,承擔和參加若干國家級科研項目。

自2008年留校任教以來,相繼承擔了本科、研究生層次的課程,受到學生和同行的廣泛好評。
研究方向
主要研究方向為目前的研究課題涉及無機柔性電子器件的研究和套用,氧化物鐵電和高介電集成薄膜的合成與器件套用,碳基納米材料的合成方法研究,碳基納米材料在微電子互連封裝及光電子器件中的套用。

2018年8月3日,國家自然科學基金委員會公布2018年度國家傑出青年科學基金建議資助項目申請人名單,其中林媛研究領域的《可延展柔性無機薄膜感測器》項目在2018年度國家傑出青年科學基金建議資助項目申請人名單內。
主要貢獻
研究領域
曾先後在美國休斯敦大學從事介電薄膜外延生長和界面控制研究,在Los Alamos國家實驗室從事氧化物薄膜及納米材料的微結構控制和新型製備方法的研究,在Intel封裝測試研發中心從事微電子Si工藝和封裝工藝集成方面的研究。回國以來,致力於系統地研究電子薄膜和納米材料的生長、微結構和性能的調控方法,及其在新型電子器件中的套用,目前已建立了團結協作、思想活躍的科研團隊,並承擔和參加若干國家級科研項目。相關研究成果已獲中國發明專利11項、美國專利4項,並在Nature Materials、Advanced Materials、Angewandte Chemie Inter. Ed.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等國際學術期刊上發表SCI收錄論文100餘篇,SCI他引超過1000次。2007年,入選教育部第九批長江學者特聘教授。2014年入選科技部“中青年科技創新 領軍人才”。
科研成果
林媛教授的研究領域是電子材料及薄膜微結構工程。她在使用新工藝、新方法對薄膜微結構進行調製,和在對鐵電、
高溫超導、
巨磁阻和應變矽的薄膜生長等方面取得了一系列創新性成果,相關研究成果已獲中國發明專利4項,美國專利4項,待授權中國發明專利10餘項,部分成果已套用到國內外微電子公司的器件製作中,先後在NatureMater等國際刊物發表相關基礎研究論文90餘篇,SCI他引超過900次,h-因子達到20。2007年,林媛教授入選教育部第九批長江學者特聘教授。
