1980年生，博士，副研究員。2003年畢業於蘭州大學水文與水資源工程專業，獲工學學士學位，並免試繼續攻讀碩士學位，2006年獲蘭州大學水文學及水資源專業碩士學位，同年考入河海大學水文水資源學院攻讀博士學位，2009年6月博士畢業，進入中國科學院南京地理與湖泊研究所工作，主要從事流域水文過程及其環境效應研究，已發表學術論文近20篇，參與編寫專著3部。
