基因轉錄調控的分子機制熱微拘研究
黏著斑激酶(FAK)是一種定位於黏著斑的非受體型酪氨酸激酶,參與細胞信號的傳導、調控細胞的遷移和增殖等生命功能。FAK在腫瘤的發生和發展過程中起重要作用,在多種腫充多訂瘤中均觀察到了嚷埋頌FAK的高表達現象。FAK在腫瘤中的作用雖然很重要,但鞏嫌邀去是關於FAK基因的轉錄與甩乎表達的調控機制卻研究很少。
基因的差異表達不論是對於正常的細胞生長過程,還是對於異常的疾病相關過程都是至關重要的。特別是在人類基因組計畫完成後,對轉錄控制區和調控機制進行嚴密分析的需要更加束笑辣迫切。了解FAK基因的調控區立犁頁碑、調控區包含的DNA元件以及與這些元件結合的DNA結合蛋白是我們感興趣的問題。
