李月琴女，廣西南寧人，1984年12月生，中共黨員，講師。2007年畢業於南京航空航天大學材料科學與技術學院套用化學專業，獲得理學學士學位；2012年畢業於南京航空航天大學材料科學與技術學院材料物理與化學專業，獲得工學博士學位。2012-2013年赴加拿大University of Alberta進行博士後研究。
