李敦海,男,博士,博士研究生導師,中國科學院水生生物研究所研究員,水環境工程研究中心藻類環境生物學學科組組長。

人物經歷

1995年畢業於蘭州大學生物系植物生理學專業,獲學士學位。
1995-2000中國科學院水生生物研究所研究生,水生生物學專業,獲博士學位,主要從事擬球狀念珠藻(葛仙米)的生理學和群體發育研究。
2000年7月中國科學院水生生物研究所參加工作,歷任助理研究員、副研究員和研究員,主要從事水華藻類和荒漠土壤藻類的環境生物學、水生態系統修復理論與技術研究。
其間於2000年10月-2001年4月在法國土魯斯第三大學作博士後工作,主要從事有毒魚腥藻的生理學及其毒素的酶法檢測方法研究。

水華藻類和土壤藻類的環境生物學、水生態系統修復理論與技術。

學術成就

1、水華藍藻異常增殖和適應競爭的生物學機制研究。發現缺氮情況下魚腥藻受UVB輻射脅迫後可發生超補償生長,在相對潔淨的水體固氮絲狀藍藻可成為優勢種的可能性;揭示了產毒微囊藻在富營養化水體中通過其所產毒素的化感效,而不產毒的惠氏微囊藻更能適應於低磷水平;微囊藻毒素可引起植物細胞的凋亡和抗氧化系統變化,據此進一步推斷微囊藻通過產毒;發現微囊藻群體的粒徑大小受季節影響,且不同大小的群體具有色補償效應和不同生理活性,推測微囊藻通過調節群體尺寸;發現了微囊藻的一條高非光化學淬滅途徑,因此微囊藻可以適應較高的光強。
2、微囊藻水華衰退過程與驅動機制研究。提出並證明了微囊藻水華的衰退過程主要有三條途徑即群體解聚、群體沉降和群體內細胞降解,並明確界定了微囊藻水華衰退過程的4個主要特徵;證實營養鹽耗竭和高光強可導致微囊藻水華衰退,提出了用葉綠素螢光參數作為微囊藻水華衰退的生理指標;提出了磷缺乏是導致微囊藻水華衰退的誘因之一的假說,並證明磷缺乏導致的類囊體膜流動性降低是微囊藻水華衰退的原因之一;發現秋後降雨可加速微囊藻水華衰退過程的現象,並證明降雨導致水體的低溫度、低溶氧和機械衝擊是致使微囊藻水華衰退的驅動因素;引入了一個生態位模型,用以預測微囊藻水華的衰退趨勢。
3、荒漠生物土壤結皮生理生態學研究。發現苔蘚結皮的固氮活性恢復模式不同於藻結皮和藻-蘚混合結皮;發現荒漠苔蘚結皮中附生固氮藍藻發揮主要的固氮作用,這些附生固氮藍藻具有極強的異養固氮能力,苔蘚可能通過為固氮生物提供光合產物促進固氮作用;發現非降雨水分是荒漠生物土壤結皮的有效水分來源,非降雨水分能夠維持結皮生物存活,減緩乾旱脅迫。
