李志斌，漢族，1960年3月出生於甘肅省蘭州市。1977年4月參加工作，1985年6月加入中國共產黨。現任華東師範大學黨委常委、副校長，華東師範大學系統科學研究所教授，國務院學位委員會第七屆學科評議組（系統科學組）成員。

1977年4月在蘭州市皋蘭縣插隊落戶。
1978年2月進入蘭州大學數學力學系學習，先後獲得學士和碩士學位，1985年1月留校任教並在職攻讀博士學位，1988年6月獲理學博士學位。
1992年7月晉升副教授，1997年11月晉升教授，曾任蘭州大學數學系副系主任、計算機科學系系主任。
2000年3月起在華東師範大學工作，先後擔任信息學院副院長、華東師範大學軟體學院常務副院長、學校學科辦主任、研究生院常務副院長。
2013年9月任華東師範大學校長助理。
2014年12月任華東師範大學副校長。
研究領域及成果
主要研究領域及成果：
長期從事計算機符號計算及其在非線性科學中的套用研究工作。在國內率先開展數學物理方程解析解的符號計算研究，在非線性數學物理領域發表 SCI 檢索論文近百篇（他引次數達1615次）、出版專著一部。作為學術骨幹連續參加國家攀登計畫項目“機器證明及其套用”、“數學機械化及其套用”和國家重點基礎研究發展計畫（973）項目“數學機械化與自動推理平台”、“數學機械化及其在信息技術中的套用”等的研究。主持完成多項國家自然科學基金項目、上海市自然科學基金項目以及教育部博士點專項基金項目。先後獲得過霍英東教育基金會高校青年教師獎、國家優秀教學成果二等獎和上海市曙光學者稱號。
