人物經歷
江蘇省人民醫院血液科主任、血液病研究室主任、血液學教研室主任。
中華血液學雜誌、中國實驗血液學、國際輸血與血液學雜誌、白血病淋巴瘤雜誌、南京醫科大學學報、臨床腫瘤學雜誌等雜誌編委。
1988年畢業於北京醫科大學（現北京大學醫學部）醫學系，1991年、1997年獲蘇州醫學院（現蘇州大學醫學院）碩士、博士學位，師從中國工程院院士阮長耿教授長。1997年6-7月，英國皇家自由醫院大規模單抗製備技術，1997年12月-1998年11月法國南特大學醫院中心博士後，開展多發性骨髓瘤的螢光原位雜交研究。1991年7月-2001年3月，蘇州大學附屬第一醫院血液科、江蘇省血液研究所工作，歷任醫師、主治醫師、副主任醫師、血液科副主任、血研所副所長，2001年4月始在江蘇省人民醫院工作，2007年12月-2008年3月組團德國烏爾姆大學專項進修慢性淋巴細胞白血病基礎與臨床研究。
研究方向
目前主要研究方向為淋巴增殖性疾病，主要開展慢性淋巴細胞白血病診斷、鑑別診斷、預後相關因素、發病機制及臨床治療研究。
主要貢獻
起草了《中國慢性淋巴細胞白血病診斷與治療專家共識》（中華血液學雜誌2010年第2期）。在亞洲居於領先水平。
