李學兵(中國科學院研究員)

李學兵，男，漢族，中科院“百人計畫”入選者.1992年畢業於山東建築材料工業學院套用化學系，獲學士學位。2006年9月回國後，在中國科學院微生物研究所工作。

個人履歷

2000年在日本鳥取大學分子工學專業獲博士學位；

2000-2001年在日本農林水產省農業生物資源研究所從事博士後研究；

2001-2006年任日本北海道大學理學部生物高分子講座特聘研究員；

現任中國科學院微生物研究所研究員。

研究方向

致力於糖鏈合成方法學研究和以糖鏈合成為基礎的病原微生物抑制藥物及病原微生物快速檢測新方法的開發。

通過有機化學、生物化學等方法從事糖（包括寡糖、多糖和糖複合物）工程方面的研究和開發。具體包括：1、糖鏈合成方法學研究：集傳統的有機合成（固相合成）與酶促合成之長，探索以生物/化學組合法為特徵的高效糖鏈合成新技術。2、醣類藥物和醫用材料開發：分析流感病毒、志賀毒素、大腸埃希菌等病原體感染宿主細胞過程中糖鏈參與的分子機制，開發具有抗菌、抗病毒活性的高分子材料。3、微生物來源藥用活性多糖的篩選與分子修飾。
