李孟森，男，漢族，1970年5月出生，海南儋州人，研究生，理學博士學位， 1993年10月參加工作，2001年1月加入中國致公黨。
現任致公黨海南省委會副主任委員，致公黨海南醫學院總支主委，海南醫學院基礎醫學院副院長，海南省腫瘤發生和干預重點實驗室主任。

1988.09-1993.07在北京醫科大學（現為北京大學醫學部）基礎醫學系讀書，獲得醫學學士學位。
1997.08-2000.07北京大學基礎醫學院生物化學與分子生物學系碩士研究生，獲得理學碩士學位。
2003.12-2005.07在海南醫學院生物化學教研室工作，2003年12月晉升副教授/副研究員。
2005.08-2008.07北京大學基礎醫學院生物化學與分子生物學系博士研究生，獲得北京大學理學博士學位。
2008.12-在海南醫學院分子生物學重點實驗室工作，任實驗室主任，2009年12月晉升研究員。
2017.06-致公黨海南省委會副主任委員。

2017年6月16日上午，中國致公黨海南省第七次代表大會在海口市召開，中國致公黨海南省第七屆委員會第一次全體會議選舉產生了中國致公黨海南省第七屆委員會常委和領導班子， 李孟森當選副主任委員。
