研究方向
研究蛋白-蛋白相互作用界面的特徵作用模式，發展調控蛋白-蛋白作用體系的小分子設計新策略。對蛋白-配體複合物親合性預測方法進行綜合評估，以評估結果為基礎對現有方法進行改進和最佳化。以分子模擬為手段研究與重大疾病相關的藥物靶標與小分子化合物的相互作用，結合虛擬篩選和從頭設計的策略獲得先導化合物，並對其進行最佳化設計。
