研究方向

主要從事分子植物病毒學的基礎理論及套用基礎研究,研究內容包括:
(1)大麥條紋花葉病毒(BSMV)對不同寄主植物致病性差異的分子機制以及抗BSMV新基因Bsr1的功能分析;建立並完善BSMV誘導的基因沉默(BSMV-based VIGS)載體系統,為小麥、大麥、玉米、高粱和穀子等禾本科作物的基因功能分析提供高效、便捷的工具。
(2)以甜菜黑色焦枯病毒(BBSV)和菸草壞死病毒A(TNV-A)等Necrovirus病毒為研究對象,分析病毒和寄主植物的相互作用以及互作過程中的一些重要蛋白質的晶體結構解析。
(3)抗病毒轉基因作物新品種(系)的培育。
