李保會，男，漢族，1975年出生於河北省唐縣。1999年6月本科畢業於河北大學化學系，獲理學學士學位。2002年6月碩士研究生畢業於河北大學化學與環境科學院，獲理學碩士學位。2005年12月博士研究生畢業於南開大學化學學院，獲理學博士學位。2006年2月到華北電力大學環境科學與工程學院套用化學教研室任教，職稱副教授。
