朱穎(法學博士，香港大學法律學院助理教授)

朱穎是香港大學法律學院助理教授，曾任中國人民大學法學院助理教授，國際商事爭端預防與解決研究院副秘書長，併兼任世界自然保護聯盟（IUCN）主席助理，曾擔任聯合國國際貿易法委員會（UNCITRAL）第三工作組（投資者-國家間爭議解決改革）中國代表團的法律專家。她的研究領域為國際經濟法、國際投資法、國際貿易法、國際環境法。朱穎擁有耶魯大學法學博士 （J.S.D.）和法學碩士（LL.M.），以及中國政法大學法學學士學位。曾獲得耶魯大學法學院年度最佳國際私法論文獎（William T. Ketcham Jr. Prize）、耶魯大學法學院奧斯卡 M. 呂布豪森基金、耶魯大學法學院霍華德 M. 霍茲曼國際仲裁與爭端解決基金。
