從事工作
長期從事細菌脂肪酸合成系統(FASII)及其調控機制的相關研究。
主要研究細菌脂肪酸及相關脂質小分子活性物質的合成、調控過程,對相關的微生物耐藥性、致病性機制進行探索。研究範圍涉及糞腸球菌、銅綠假單胞菌、多黏芽孢桿菌等多種模式細菌和生產套用菌株。
在農業微生物中,主要研究根際促生細菌與植物相互作用機制、土壤生物活性小分子的合成代謝過程與生物合成。
教學工作
從事《微生物學》、《微生物遺傳育種學》、《農業與環境微生物技術》、《微生物學實驗》、《微生物遺傳育種實驗》的教學工作。
