學科方向
團隊研究領域為空間用III-V族化合物半導體多結太陽電池。在理論方面探究可提高轉換效率及降低成本的器件結構設計及電池材料選擇方案;實驗研究中通過測試電池器件的光電回響、載流子輸運,與微觀尺度結構櫻束之內在聯繫,深入理解多結器件刪判套的結構設計、製備工藝、及光電特性之間的物理規律,並提出具有套用前景的高性能低成本的多結器件。
2)再套漏臘III-V量子點、量子阱太陽電池的電壓損失機理的理論及實驗探究
3)存在“晶格失配”結構的多蒸嫌棕結電池的製備、表征測試及光電診斷
4)空間用多結電池的抗宇宙射線輻射的理只拔整論及實驗研究
