個人經歷

美國亞利桑那州立大學運動與健康專業博士，北京體育大學運動人體科學專業碩士、學士。

現任美國運動醫學學會會員，中國老年學和老年醫學學會運動健康科學分會委員，陝西省保健協會運動營養分會委員，陝西省排球協會科研訓練委員會委員。多次在國際性或全國性學術會議上發表口頭報告。國家排球一級裁判員，二級運動員。

研究方向

研究方向主要包括體力活動測量與評價，慢性疾病的預防與干預研究，運動技能學習與控制等。

研究領域：體質測評與健康促進。

主講課程

講授的本科生課程有：《運動技能學習與控制》、《體育統計學》、《運動人體科學導論》、《排球》等；碩士研究生的課程有：《體育科研方法》、《體適能評定與方法》等。

學術成果

已發表20餘篇期刊論文，以第一作者被SCI/SSCI收錄6篇；主持省部級課題2項，中央高校基本科研基金項目1項；參與國家自然科學基金1項，國家社會科學基金1項，教育部人文社會科學研究項目2項，省部級課題3項，主持校級教學改革項目2項，獨立發表專著1部。
