研究方向
研究方向:積極心理學,臨床心理學和理想心理學,具體研究包括以下領域。
(1) 聚焦中國哲學和傳統文化(佛教、儒家)中的理念與技術,專精於正念冥想(Mindfulness Meditation)、慈悲冥想(Four Immeasurables Meditations)、隨喜(Appreciative Joy)、自我憐憫(Self-Compassion)等,探討它們在幸福感、人際關係、情緒調節、靈性發展等方面的效果與機制。
(2) 在方法論層面發展和研究理想心理學(Idealistic Psychology,理念心理學),即設計、實現和評估理想心理模式的研究方法與心理實踐,如在第二代正念干預中對“天人合一”的研究和套用等。
實踐方向
以正念冥想、慈悲冥想的套用為主,亦開展其它積極心理學套用。
作為慈悲冥想領域的先行者,對喜心禪進行了若干開創性研究和實踐,發展有全球首個喜心禪干預“喜悅之心”(Heart of Joy)。融合正念與慈悲冥想、積極心理學和中國哲學,發展了中國首個第二代正念干預“正念積極心理”(Mindfulness-Based Positive Psychology)。向國內引進推廣接納與承諾療法(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)、第二代正念干預(Second-Generation Mindfulness-Based Interventions)等。
負責北師大心理學部正念與冥想系統培訓課程中冥想概述和實修部分的教學;參與多家公司、教育單位、培訓機構、精神病院和監獄的課程與研究;受邀為多家公司、單位提供商業正念和積極心理學課程;開發正念冥想、慈悲冥想等錄音課程和軟體;支援災疫期間的心理服務;從事其它科普活動等。
