曾俞衡

曾俞衡,博士,研究員,博士生導師,中科院青促會會員,畢業於浙江大學材料系矽材料國家重點實驗室,獲工學博士學位;2010年進入寧波材料所工作。

人物簡介

曾俞衡研究員長期從事晶體矽材料、矽薄膜材料、矽基太陽電池等相關研究,開發出實驗室效率>24%的氧化矽多晶矽鈍化接觸矽太陽電池;截至2020年,已在Adv. Energy Mater.、Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells、Nano Energy、Solar RRL、J. Appl. Phys.等期刊上發表SCI論文70餘篇;申請國家發明專利50餘項;曾獲2011年度浙江省科學技術獎一等獎;已主持國家自然科學面上基金2項及青年基金1項、國家重點研發計畫子課題1項、浙江省自然科學面上基金2項、寧波市自然科學基金2項、中國博士後基金面上資助和特別資助;參與企業技術委託開發3項,實現技術轉移轉化1項。
